We're a family of 5 in Glen Ridge that had been searching for a home by ourselves for about a year with no luck, until we started working with Amelia. She helped us find a home we loved, and then walked with us through every step of the process after that. In particular we wanted someone who would be available for our limited time to do home viewings, and also someone who could negotiate a good deal for us in a highly competitive market. Amelia did both of these things and way more, this was our third realtor and we wouldn't use anyone else after this experience. She also helped us with a difficult last minute seller demand that almost threatened to sink our deal, she worked all weekend answering our questions and working with the seller's agent to finalize our deal. Amelia is 1 of 1. Truly. I've worked with agents to buy a home, sell my home but when moved to NY to find an apartment, I came across Amelia on Facebook market. She worked tirelessly to find my family a home. When I say tirelessly, working on the weekend, at 10:00 pm at night, going to homes for send me tours, I mean tirelessly.
