From the beginning Kim was highly motivated to sell our home. Kim did an excellent job getting the ball rolling and guiding us through the process as well as helping determine an appropriate selling price, which was difficult in our case due to location and lack of comps. Although we listed in the “off season”, Kim was extremely positive, continuously checked in with us regarding MLS viewing activity and held open houses routinely, up to and to include every weekend near the end. As well as selling our home, Kim was enlisted to assist with the purchase of our new home. Kim listened to our needs as it related to our new home, was extremely flexible when we changed our minds from a lake home to a suburban setting and made our time a priority when showing us homes.
