We started our first contact with Alexis on 27 August 2024. Alexis asked what our plans were and what she could do to make sure that we had the best information on homes that met our desire. We were somewhat surprised by her energy and knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth Metro-Plex. I have been envolved in several property acquisitions in my lifetime and yet to have seen such energy, knowledge and experience all in one person. Alexis asked about financial desire and we let her know we were pre-qualified by two firms with very preferred terms and conditions. Alexis gave me an additional two lenders local to the area, and in my amazement the beat the two pre-qualified offers we had in place. I could go on for at least 34 days as there exists one positive experience at the least each day. Short story and to the point we closed the deal on our 2nd home in Downtown Fort Worth within 34 days of first contact with Alexis.

From our initial online request, Alexis has been more like family than just a realtor.
