Bill was absolutely patient throughout the entire process. The entire process was rough and sometimes super stressful but he never denied a call with questions, answered every email and never made me feel like I was being overly emotional even when I felt like giving up. Anytime I had a suggestion of how I wanted things to move, Bill was accepting all while still giving his professional input, but not disregarding my thoughts. It was a pleasure to work with Bill, he also adds a little humor to a stressful time!! Everything worked out in the in for the best!
