My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Billy Sabbagh on both the sale of our old home and purchase of a new one! He was highly knowledgeable about the local market, at the time we were living in Dearborn Heights and looking to relocate to Oakland County. Billy was able to list and find a buyer for our home incredibly fast, he was responsive and patient to our needs and wants during the home search process (I was super picky and had changed my mind many many times about the location in which we were searching for our new home) however that didn’t bother Billy at all! He remained professional and friendly all through out the process and treated us like we were his own family! In the end Billy expertly negotiated a great deal for us and we couldn’t be happier with our experience, I would recommend Billy and his team to anyone looking to sell or purchase their next home!
