Through a connected set of relationships and referrals Manuel was highly recommended as someone who could work quickly, with integrity, and with a high level of craftsmanship too.

He understood my budget and timeframe and delivered exactly what I needed.

My house was able to be on the market mere days after Manuel finished the job. Full ask with only one day on the market and Manuel was a huge part of making that happen.

We had a great experience working with MJT Construction on our home addition and new flooring. The team was friendly, professional, and provided high quality work. The addition blends perfectly with our home, and the new floors completely transformed the space.

Manuel and his team did a super great job on my front porch overhang and decorative bench. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. If you need a good contractor then call this guy. I understand they do everything. Interior or exterior. Fantastic work!

Manny and his team have done numerous projects for our family over the last few years now. Recently he painted our entire apartment along with converting a non useable closet into a functional pantry. They also installed a new light fixture and helped us mount several wall shelves. Everything came out exactly how we had imagined and he managed to have it done quickly despite having other ongoing projects. He always gets back to us right away and we have never needed to go to another contractor, we will continue to work with him and his company exclusively because we know they are reliable and consistent.

Manuel and his team renovated my condo in January 2025, they did an amazing job. Paint, flooring and some general repairs.
Everything was completed in a timely manner.
They communicated with me about anything that was necessary to complete the job.

We met Manuel when our real estate agents introduced us to him when we were preparing to sell our home. He was professional, personable, efficient, prompt, always upbeat and positive. When there was an unexpected emergency repair needed he showed up on short notice and took care of it.
Then we moved into our newly built home and Manuel did the built in cabinets in our garage, he did a redesign of an area in our master bath giving us more useful space. In addition to all his great service he referred us to other service providers who hung our ceiling fans and lighting fixtures and did the floor coating in our garage. He always showed up when they were doing the work just to insure we were satisfied with their work. We highly recommend Manuel and will always turn to him for any repairs or additional custom work we may need. Whenever he shows up to do any work no matter how big or small we know it’ll be a great experience filled with his fun loving personality and always a professional job well done!!

Manuel was referred by our realtor to be contracted for various home prep remodel tasks. He is very professional and courteous. He worked on our garage, outside painting, shower sets, and lightning. All completed perfectly. Very recommended.

I’d like to start by saying Manuel was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job for us and was vey respectful. We needed a lot of exterior carpentry work done on our home. Siding, trim etc.He was able to look at the job and get the quote back to us right away. Once approved we were on the schedule. Manuel and his team executed the work and then some in a timely manner and did an amazing job. I highly recommend him and his team.

I highly recommend Manuel Tinoco, the owner of MJT Construction, for any construction/contractor job, big or small. He is meticulous, honest, and oversees the entirety of the job. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. He suggests the best economical path forward if there is an unexpected finding during a project. Manuel is a great listener and communicator and is always open to the client's ideas, but will let them know if there is a more economical way to complete their project to their aesthetic liking. MJT Construction company is my go-to company for me and my clients.
