Selling my home was a big deal for me, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without Courtney and Corey. From day one, they made everything feel so much easier. They were patient, kind, and always ready to answer my million questions without making me feel rushed.
They really understood my situation and handled the whole process with so much care. They gave great advice, kept me updated on everything, and made sure I always felt comfortable with each step. I never felt alone or unsure, they were right there the whole time, helping me make the best decisions.
Thanks to their hard work and guidance, the home selling process went as smoothly as it possibly could. I’m so grateful for everything they did. If anyone is looking for realtors who are down-to-earth, supportive, and truly care, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, Courtney, Corey and Carson were a great real estate team for us. They helped us find our dream home and then took care of the whole process: negotiations, purchase, sale of our old home, and negotiating a rent back. All done in a very tight timeline. The paperwork process was made so convenient with Docusign all the way until we finally signed the loan papers in ink. They even helped us find mortgage and insurance brokers. They are very responsive, professional, and savvy. For a turnkey real estate solution, I highly recommend this team!

She coordinated property tours in both a time and fuel-efficient manner, allowing an ability to maximize the time we were in town. We were always up to date on changes in inventory. From submitting the offer, finding a local Inspector, through closing it was a smooth enjoyable journey. Thanks to her, the kids and grandkids will be swimming and the smoker will be smoking and we will explore the area.

My husband and I were so lucky to have Courtney & Corey with us as we searched for our first home.
