Courtney is awesome ! Courtney and team got our house listed, organized an open house, got us an offer within 2 weeks and negotiated a good deal. Courtney was always available for questions and would immediately respond to all our texts and e-mails. They made themselves available at all hours to show us homes and responded quickly to our many questions and concerns. We felt like we were their only clients when we were with them. The Rassmussen’s are very knowledgeable about the market in a vast area and always did the research on properties so we were able to determine quickly if a home was a viable option for us. From start to finish, Courtney, Corey and Carson were a great real estate team for us. They helped us find our dream home and then took care of the whole process: negotiations, purchase, sale of our old home, and negotiating a rent back. All done in a very tight timeline. The paperwork process was made so convenient with Docusign all the way until we finally signed the loan papers in ink. They even helped us find mortgage and insurance brokers. They are very responsive, professional, and savvy. For a turnkey real estate solution, I highly recommend this team!

Over the course of about 6 weeks Courtney helped us find our forever home. Courtney was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the local market. She coordinated property tours in both a time and fuel-efficient manner, allowing an ability to maximize the time we were in town. We were always up to date on changes in inventory. From submitting the offer, finding a local Inspector, through closing it was a smooth enjoyable journey. Thanks to her, the kids and grandkids will be swimming and the smoker will be smoking and we will explore the area.

My husband and I were so lucky to have Courtney & Corey with us as we searched for our first home.
