I had talked to a different realtor about selling my home and the work that she expected me to do was overwhelming. Then (thank God) I found Courtney and everything changed.
Courtney took care of professional photos, she had a handyman and cleaning service that all worked amazingly for her.
Courtney did all this for me while I was living out of state. She even forwarded to me a couple of packages that had been delivered to the house that was for sale. Whew.
She really went out of her way to make the sell of my home stress-free, easy and profitable. She got me a great price!
I've had other realtors in the past but none of them were as good as Courtney. She's the only realtor that I will ever recommend.

Courtney was great! She had the house cleaned and staged. Also had a professional phtographer come out to take outside and inside photos. A couple open houses and showing and we got on contract. The first one fell thorugh and it went back on the market. Then we got on contract again and it sold. I think it took 2-3 weeks to sell during a time when the market was down. We got over asking price. We had already moved so she took care of everything. Communication was constant. I highly recommend Courtney!
