My situation is a little unusual. My sister died in Minnesota, but she owned a piece of land in Wisconsin. I was appointed administrator of her estate. I was concerned with how to go about this; I needed a realtor. Someone recommended three relators, I read about each of them, prayed about it and chose Brian. I called and explained my situation and form the git-go he was there to help. He gave me good advice in how to proceed. He told me he could not list the land until I was appointed representative of the estate. On the day I called him and told him I was appointed, he listed the land for me. In about 7 to 10 days, we had a buyer, we did the negotiation and the land was sold.
I am so happy I chose Brian to represent me. He was always there when I needed him. He made the process easy for me. I feel good about the outcome. In a situation like mine, I needed someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs help selling property.

Brian was there through the whole process of selling my home. He was text or phone call away and responded in very timely manner. All my questions and requests were addressed. There were times when he went out of his way to make sure everything was going as smoothly as it could on my part. Would highly recommend Brian to assist you with buying or selling.

Brian did a great job finding us a house as first time homebuyers. He walked us through the steps and was very helpful. Anytime you need something from him, he gets it to you right away.
