Will was an absolute blessing. He didn't sugar coat nor beat around the bush. Was able to explain the process in a way that it was understandable and was always willing to elaborate processes to make sure we knew exactly what was occuring every step of the way. He would go out of his way to ensure we were taking care of. Would recommend him to anyone in the area looking to sell. It felt personal to him, he didn't do it to line his pockets. He enjoys helping people. Which is rare these days.

For our family, when it came to picking a realtor, we wanted someone that would take the time to explain things, not leave us with questions, and be there to "fill the gaps" when life got busy. Raccshi is a true God send. I wasn�t in the market to buy a house but reached out to ask him what the market looked like. I was concerned about the possibility of having to leave my rental. He sat down and we talked about rising rental rates and he would walk me thru the process and if I decided not to buy he would respect my decision. He held my hand every step of the way (I was terrified). Even when I got cold feet several times he accepted my 1 am calls. My 5am calls. My fear was partly passed experience and things were going so smoothly with Raccshi that I couldn�t believe it. He took care of everything. I have the house that I love at a mortgage that still allows me to enjoy retirement. I would not hesitate working with him if the opportunity arises. I think of him often as I turn the key to my dream house. Anyone who hires him will have a great experience�

Working with Raccshi has been a very pleasant experience. From day one, my wife and I felt comfortable shopping with him as he was knowledgeable, transparent and provided us with the tools needed to educate ourselves throughout the process. Mr.Wilson was very responsive whenever we needed assistance and he pushed the matter when others were dragging their feet. We were able to secure a NEW BUILD with the builder paying most of the closing costs (unheard of in this market!!!) Mr. Wilson made the move/transition a smooth process for my family. I knew the day we viewed the property that he was a caring, personable landlord. The property is a high quality rental with new appliances and interior. The community/neighborhood is quiet and safe. He said, "I put the money, time and effort into my properties for my tenants." "If it's not suitable for my own family, it's not suitable for my tenant(s)." My experience as a tenant has been wonderful, he is a man of integrity and professionalism. He goes above and beyond to ensure the property is in excellent condition and the tenant(s) are happy.
