Working with Jane on our purchase was a terrific experience! We looked at numerous properties, and Jane did extensive research on each. Her detail-oriented approach and market knowledge gave us lots of confidence in making our purchase decision. In addition, Jane was both helpful and caring as we worked through the closing process.

In late 2023 Jane Zennario was the agent for the sale of our former home in Connecticut. It's an unusually complex property, a beautiful historic house (1799) with fairly extensive wooded acreage abutting a State Forest, with a 1971 in-ground pool. There were many both positive and negative aspects associated with it. Among the latter, well water and a maintenance-requiring septic system, and a busy state road in front, mattered to many potential buyers. Among the former, a newly-renovated kitchen and bathrooms, electrical upgrade, and a large home office above the newly-built garage counted for a lot. We interviewed another agent known for expertise with antique home, but Jane won out because of her more up-to-date marketing strategy. Jane masterfully managed the photography and listing, then the visits by potential buyers and agents (we were initially uncomfortable with open houses, but she convinced us -- and was right), finally the negotiations with and sale to wonderful new owners. In the end, the sale was for more than we expected. Everyone involved was happy; the owner family now living there, we as former residents and owners and, we think, the spirit of the old house itself. Heartfelt thanks, Jane!
