As a first time home buyer and being of retirement age, I was somewhat apprehensive. My family has a long history of residency in Arkansas City so I knew the city and knew I wanted to make this my last home. I really hit a home run with Jose. Without any prior knowledge of how the home buying process, Jose was an excellent guide and teacher. His patience with him was outstanding, as we toured many homes over the short amount of time I had before needing to return to my soon-to-be former home in Seattle. He put up with my occasional ramblings, he adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine, and was an excellent guide. We found the perfect place for me to relocate and I was stunned at how quickly it all came together. I'm very excited to come home and have Jose to thank for this opportunity.
