Jose has sold three or four of my homes. He is such a great guy. He's just like a son to me. I treat him like he's family. He treats me like I'm family when you need him. He's there not like somebody's real estate people. I'm probably one of his biggest pain in the butts, but that's okay at the end of the day. We love each other because we're family, but he's great. Without any prior knowledge of how the home buying process, Jose was an excellent guide and teacher. His patience with him was outstanding, as we toured many homes over the short amount of time I had before needing to return to my soon-to-be former home in Seattle. He put up with my occasional ramblings, he adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine, and was an excellent guide.
