What impresses me most about Denielle Davis is her ability to read people very well as they tour a home. She gives them time and space to explore on their own paying close attention to what catches their eye and leads them to linger. It's at that moment that she uses her subtle sense of timing to add a brief mention of for example an appliance's capabilities that aren't obvious at first glance. Sometimes she puts people at ease by adding a little music low from a small speaker to creates an environment in which private comments may be kept as such. Each time she's gathered names and contact details that help us follow up with visitors afterward. These follow-up calls are invaluable for I've learned that the agent who reaches out prompts an offer in many instances.
