Scoot was quick to respond to come out and evaluate my Mother's home for sale after her passing. I call Scatt the 'can do man'! He has a network of people that are at the ready to clean and do the repairs needed to get the house on the market ASAP. Mother's house sold in 3 days due to Scott's marketing and photos of the home. Scott was so helpful assisting me with forms, paperwork and explanations of the steps to sell a home. Scott is very available by phone and email. I appreciated not having to go through a automated messages to reach him. Scott advocated for me, negotiating top dollar for the sale!

Scott went above and beyond to help me both this time and with the purchase of my current house and sale of my previous one in 2019.
I chose to worth with him again because I know he has my best interests in mind, and adds those extra touches that smooth the way.
He really makes the whole process seem like a breeze.

Scott is an amazing person . I've known Scott for many years dating back to his high school years. He has an amazing family and has been part of this community for a long time. Has a wonderful family and is a great dad.His real estate experience is amazing. We have bought and sold a couple houses with Scott helping. always pro active and communicates. I would want Scott in any real estate transactions.
