Zach helped us purchase our first home in 2008. It was a fun process but also nerve wracking as it was our first purchase and during uncertain times. Zach helped us make an informed decision and we were comfortable the whole time. In 2013, with an ever expanding family and different needs Zach helped us during the build of our new home (helping us to ask the right questions from start to finish). He also helped us sell our first home. Zach was professional the entire time. He did his homework and helped us sell our home within the first week it was on the market. With 2 kids and a large dog, it was so hard to keep the house clean and come and go for showings so it was a relief to have it sell so quickly! We would highly recommend Zachary Adams as a Realtor. If you're looking for a knowledgeable professional with a great understanding of real estate (buying, selling, investment properties, and dealing with banks on foreclosures, etc...), you have found that person in Zach Adams. Zach has sold 2 houses for us, and helped us purchase 2 as well. There were times where Zach's experience and calm demeanor kept us (o.k. me) from making mistakes that could have had negative consequences. Zach took time to understand what we wanted, and provided explanation to support his recommended actions. We listened to him and everything worked out perfectly.
