I'm really grateful to have met Trisha and to be exposed to what she does. I first met her through the Women Leading in Government series, which provides a safe space for women to share wisdom and and have candid conversations on various aspects of leadership. After attending a few, it was clear to me that she's onto something different, because the group offers insights that I haven't yet heard before, and it creates conversations that tis normally reserved with a trusted mentor. Imagine being able to access a roster of highly accomplished women and ask questions to a senior leader who has seen it all! As someone who has done equity work, this is especially important for women who otherwise would not know how to engage with leaders and senior executives.
I then met with Trisha and attended a few of her own workshops that equip women with skills, strategies, and frameworks that can be used throughout their career. Recently, I attended a workshop on a proactive career formula. She was generous with her time and resources, even meeting with me to talk through questions and ideas I had after the workshop.
