Because of their expertise, we had multiple offers on our property within hours of it going live on the MLS. THEN…the purchase of our new home! They worked with us to secure the home we were having built was done properly and also helped negotiate almost $10,000.00 dollars in concessions and upgrades on it. The money they saved us was unbelievable during the building of this new house.
