Anthony did not come across as yet another "solar salesperson". During our first meeting, his focus was more on what I need (active listening) and how can I achieve those rather than focusing on what he has to offer. His mapping of what I need and what's there to offer with very little selling of the company he represents increase the respect and then I started to listen to what he has to say. During the course of installation, he has been very responsive and on those cases where the response is likely to be delayed, he made sure that he communicated the same and kept checking on me regularly.
