We were shocked at how responsive and helpful Rick and his wife were when we reached out about finding a house to lease. We had already looked at quite a few houses and spoken with a number of realtors and property management companies before we found Rick and Alicia. They went out of their way to coordinate showings and helped us get into a great house. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Alicia and Rick were a breath of fresh air and a very welcomed change after having dealt with lack of responsiveness and unclear communication from other listing agents during our search for a rental home. We were fighting a tight deadline on finding a place, and I couldn't be more thankful that we found them to help just in time! They were prompt to respond, communicated clearly, and were diligent in advocating for us throughout the process. They acted as a liaison between us and the listing agent on the property, and they got things done for us when we couldn't get them done ourselves. I honestly don't think we would have been able to get into the house we wanted without them. 10/10 recommend!
