Vance Riddle at Princeton Capital is absolutely the best mortgage planner I have ever worked with! Vance is highly knowledgeable, professional, and extremely good communicator. Vance was very fast getting all the pre-qualification letters I needed. There was few multi-bid situations, and Vance got the letter out that day or the next day. I never worried about getting the pre-qualification letter in time. I just purchased a house and it was not a simple transaction due to different factors that I won't get into. But Vance handled it like a pro. Whenever an issue came up, he "handled it". The loan underwriters and Vance have built an amazing trust amongst each other. This is a huge advantage over other mortgage brokers as this makes a fast close possible. One of the reason I got the house in a is due to a fast close. We ended up changing our offer somewhat last-minute, and Vance rolled with the punches and made it totally seamless. Look nowhere else -- Vance is your man!

Vance and his team performed an absolutely exceptional job of closing my loan of a condo in 8 working days!!! This was such a huge breath of fresh air after a disastrous experience of a previous different lender who I was using prior and took over 1 month before declining my application.
