Nick Kassab

Nick is a highly accomplished and self-motivated broker who is passionate both personally and professionally about real estate. His education includes a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA in Real Estate and MS in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. Nick joined Capacity Commercial Group's investment division in 2007, and is also active in office and retail leasing. He brings with him a strong background in finance and a talent for assessing and creating value in real estate opportunities. Nick is a past winner of the prestigious Commercial Association of Realtor's Rookie of the Year Award given by the Portland Business Journal, and he rec
