US Trenchless came to the rescue when our sewer main line was blocked. They provided us with a camera inspection which showed us exactly where our problem was and provided us with an excellent cost proposal (other companies were just too costly or just didn't show up as scheduled) to repair the entire line, with the pipe bursting method. Once we made our decision to use US Trenchless, they provided us with fast service to complete the project and get our stuff flushing, once again. I had a very difficult problem getting the sewer system working at my fathers home on 4000 E Street in Sacramento. After calling another company and plucking down approximately $500, they still did not have a solution to my problem. At 9 PM, being at wits end, tired and frustrated at the previously paid expenses and not having my sewer fixed; I called U.S Threnchless and explained my situation. I spoke directly to the owner, Jonas Clark. Mr. Clark came out the next day and went to work. He found the sewer access hole that the other company said did not exist. He was able to clean out the line and get the sewer operational in about two hours. During the camera inspection, Mr. Clark found the problem and said he would be able to fix it in five days due to the fact that he had to do extensive pre-work prior to the actual trench-less process. U.S. Trenchless had to dig up only part of the front yard (about 10 square feet) and replaced the sewer clean out. . He came back on the date promised and on time. His entire crew was professional and knew their trade. The job was completed in one day (actually six hours). My situation was difficult, Mr. Clark understood and came out the next day and actually had a viable solution to my problem which did not entail digging up my entire front yard, tearing up a sidewalk and trenching all the way across the city street and creating traffic problems in the neighborhood. Other companies simply offered to dig up the front yard out to the street and said, "Three to five days before you can occupy the residence. " I would definitely recommend U.S. Trenchless to any prospective customer.

US Trenchless has performed inspections for my real estate clients. The inspectors show up on time, are curteous, provide a nice, comprehensive report and do their job well.
I would recommend US Trenchless to anyone concerned with the condition of their property's sewer pipes.
