Michael Zoppoth is absolutely amazing. Not only is he a great human being, but he also happens to be exceptional at his job! He is a complete joy to work with. Mike was so great to work with! He helped me close my home in less than 2 weeks. He was on top of everything and patient with me when I needed explanations on some of the documents. If I had any questions, he was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend working with Mike!

Mike was a life saver, we were pre-approved with a SF bank ( not thought Mike) that is now in deep trouble.

We wrote an offer on a home based on that approval. Once we notified the bank we were in contract they all of a sudden lowered our approved amount stating due to the crisis they could no longer honor the full amount of our approval.

Then our realtor recommend us to Mike, he had us fully approved in 1 hour and he closed out purchase in 13 days. Mike is not only a life saver he is also wonderful to work with the entire process was very smooth and his communication is outstanding.

We love Michael and have used his mortgage services for 10 years now. Most recently, he suggested that we submit an offer with a 14-day close. The offer was accepted very late on the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, and 14 calendar days later (counting the holiday!) we closed escrow on Friday morning. He exceeded all expectations - lightening fast service and responsiveness, great professionalism, plus we were able to lock in a great rate (all before the latest spike in interest rates). Michael is a joy to work with. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs mortgage services.

He was very easy to work with. That was important because the seller changed the closing date on us and other issues came up. Having not purchased a home in 40 years, I felt the luckiest personal alive to have Mike lead me through the process, offer competitive rates and advise me on how the mortgage process would proceed. He even suggested a very capable and efficient Title Company to make the process go more smoothly. Mike was professional, yet personal, and made the qualification and closing process seamless. I can't say enough good things about how Mike guided us through the refi process.
He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and able to explain difficult concepts in a clear, comprehensible way. He got us a great rate and closed in record time. In an age when it's rare to even reach a human being by phone, Mike was very responsive, easy to reach, and quick to provide answers. Above all, he's warm, friendly, and easy to work with, not to mention funny!

You always hear that this will be the easiest process and we will get you the lowest rates, but Michael is the real deal and that is exactly what he got us. This was by far the easiest process we have experienced. Michael helped us every step of the way and had everything ready for us before we even knew that we needed it. Our loan closed and was funded in less than 3 weeks. We have gone through a few other companies over the last few years and nobody came close to how quick and simple Michael made everything. We will be using Michael again if we ever need to and you should to. You will not be let down!

Mike has been outstanding to work with throughout the entire refinancing process. This is the second time I have worked with Mike and I have to highly recommend him. Mike has been a great loan officer to work with.  I was referred to him several years ago during the process of my first home mortgage, he made the process painless and transparent for this newcomer in closing my first home loan in the rapid paced San Francisco market.  Recently I came back to Mike in seeking to refinance, and it took just one phone call to remind myself how easy Mike is to work with.  Great experience once again, this time in the thick of COVID distancing, everything was handled quickly and easily through electronic documents and over the phone until the final signing, closing the loan in an easy 3 weeks.  Would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone seeking a home loan or refinance.

I've refinanced my house several times. I dread it. But this time was a completely different experience. Someone I trust recommended Michael to me about 6 months ago. After we talked he admitted it didn't make good financial sense for us to refinance at the time. As things have changed he followed up with me a few weeks ago. We decided at this time it would be beneficial. From start to finish it was about 10 days. He guided us through the process and everything was seamless....no stress, no hassle. He has a great attitude, easy to talk to and maintains a sense of humor in these stressful times! I will be recommending him to friends.

I've purchased and refinanced several homes over the years and this transaction was by far the easiest I have ever done. I emailed Mike on a Friday with a few questions and he got back to me right away. I was able to do everything online which reduced the amount of copying and emailing of documents almost to nothing. 3 weeks later the loan was closed. Mike kept me informed all throughout the process and was very easy to contact when I had questions. Cannot recommend Mike enough whether you are looking to purchase or refinance.

Michael is easy to work with and quite responsive. Michael resolved all inquiries quickly and clearly explained how to fulfill underwriting requests. He was patient and supportive when a hiccup developed that took some time to resolve. Once everything got together, the loan was processed very quickly. Michael also appreciates homeowner's enjoyments and challenges, and it was nice to hear his encouragement about my garden and other spaces in the house. He also has a pleasant sense of humor. I easily recommend working with Michael and will do so again, when needed.
