Wendy Brevik

Wendy Brevik has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. As the director of operations at Block Change Real Estate, Wendy manages day-to-day operations, keeps track of the details, and partners with the team to grow the business.

Wendy has worked in real estate since 2011, and throughout her tenure, she has mentored under top producers in the field and gained valuable knowledge in marketing, lead management, and transaction coordination. She uses her extensive experience and understanding of the industry to help ensure that all of Block Change’s clients enjoy seamless, successful transactions.

Before entering the industry, Wendy served as an ESL instructional aide and substitute teacher in the Evergreen School District in San Jose. These positions gave her a passion for teaching and helping people to better themselves, which she translates into being a motivating and educational resource for the agents at Block Change Real Estate. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys getting outdoors by hiking and kayaking, as well as spending time with her daughters.
