Sandy Tracy

I had Sandy as my real estates agent and I think she's the best I had compare to previous agent. We went thru ups and downs with sellers. And I'm really thankful she's always there to give me hopes when I'm ready to give up on buying a property. She's very professional and always calls me back if I have a question. After few months we finally got a condo we wanted. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and families.

We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Sandy Tracy. She is incredible! Sandy was recommended to us by a friend who had found her after cycling through several less-than-worthy realtors. I had reservations about the value of real estate agents in general, thinking I could do a lot of the work and maybe they weren't worth it after some prior experiences. Well some might not be, but with Sandy that couldn't be farther from the truth.

From the first moment we met her she exceeded all our expectations. Sandy was a consummate professional, super responsive, and worked tirelessly from day one to find us the properties that fit us. We are not the typical couple but it seemed that Sandy was able to identify our tastes immediately and showed us only the listings that fit our style. Any feedback we gave or any request we had, we only ever had to ask once. Any question I had for her she responded to immediately. And once we found the home we liked, she was on-the-ball with every little detail to make sure we got it, and got it for the right price. She worked closely with us for every piece of the home buying process, helping us save time and LOTS of money!

If you are looking for an experienced professional then Sandra Tracy is the one. We have used Sandra to buy the last two houses and one was a short sale. She is very knowledgeable, dependable and responsive. She is always on the ball and stays on top of the details. We highly recommend her.
