My family and I cannot say enough great things about Steve Bianchi as a realtor and the way that he handled the sale of our family home of 66 years. Upon meeting Steve Bianchi
and Debbie during our initial meeting they asked many questions not only what we envisioned doing to the house but the history of the house and of our family. Steve and Debbie spent multiple hours walking every inch of the inside and outside of our family home. Immediately you could feel that Steve had 40 years of experience. They then sat down with us to give a little input, but ultimately wanted to respect our interest, and above all explained every single process from top to bottom of how they would handle the sale of our house with our supervision. The most amazing part was when he was done speaking not only did we understand every process of selling our parents home but there was absolutely zero pressure to even use his services. He then said you’re welcome to use any of the ideas that he presented if you think they would help with the sale of the house in the chance we choose another realtor. It was at this point that my wife, my sisters, and I knew that Steve was the right person to be our realtor and for Debbie to handle the marketing. Steve presented every upgrade or touchup to the house as optional and no way did I ever feel like I needed to change something. Also, where I was not knowledgeable, Steve would sit down and spend time explaining every line item to me as he wanted to ensure that my wife and I were fully informed about every decision. We were looking at a specific budget to fix up the house and Steve insured that we stayed within that budget. He also made sure that he offered solutions to bring out all of the features of the house and it certainly shined. Steve’s approach to open house was extremely strategic, which gave as many buyers to see the house which in turn, created the opportunity for multiple offers. Debbie was so instrumental in the marketing of the house from the color schemes, staging input, and ensuring that the home had excellent curb appeal. The house looked amazing when it was finished and made our entire family proud. After speaking to my neighbors that visited open house dates, many contacted me to say how inviting Steve and Debbie were to to every person that entered the house and represented it like it was their own. At the end of the process Steve and Debbie didn’t treat us like people that hired them, we were treated like extended family. Most importantly we were never pressured at any time during the process. In the end, not only were we included with every step of the sale but, the transaction was seamless. In the end we were given outstanding service! We found a buyer that valued our home the way my family did and we give Steve and Debbie 10 out of 10 for their service and execution.

My wife and I had been in the market for a new home for 9 months. During that time a trusted mortgage broker whom we had worked with previously at Bank of America was working (or so we thought) to get us pre-qualified for a loan. When we finally found a home we wanted to make an offer on, we discovered that the mortgage broker had failed to follow through due to a peculiar BofA policy but worse, failed to inform us in a timely manner that BofA was not going to be able to extend us a new home loan. Fortunately, Steve was able to draw upon his contacts and put us in touch with the excellent lending services of First Republic, who qualified us extremely quickly which enabled us to make an offer that was accepted. Steve and his team could have concluded their relationship with us upon close of escrow but they stayed close and were personally involved to assist us with post-sale home inspections, termite treatment, referrals to masons, hardwood floor refinishers, painters, and handyman service providers. We compared the proposals from each of their referrals to those we identified on our own and have found their bids to be competitive and the work done to-date has been excellent.
