Jack was great,

I cannot thank him enough for his help selling our house. He took us from start to finish and constant contact with us on all updates, ensuring we were fully aware and understood the process. He even goes farther then that, he helped us with connections to other professionals he works with, that are equally helpful, who helped us with taxes, rules and regulations. He is an amazing person and surrounds himself with other great and caring people. The thing that sets him out from the rest of realtors I have worked with is that he takes a personal interest in you and your family. Jack does not just treat you as a client, he treats you like family, he listens understands your concerns and works with you on everything. This is not just a job for him, you can tell he cares and loves this. Taking interest in you as a person and your family, it feels like talking to a good friend not some business man taking a transaction in.

Jack will forever have my recommendation to ANYONE/EVERYONE. Thank you so much for your help, Me and my family cannot thank you enough for all you have done. My wife and I could not be happier with Jack. His experience and knowledge of the local housing market were key to the selling our house in just two weeks. Jack kept us in the loop through every step of the sale of our house.

Jack tried very hard to ensure that all agents and prospective buyers adhered to safe COVID 19 rules while viewing the house.

Jack is wonderful to work with. He is responsive and explains what is happening through every step of both selling and purchasing a home. We feel that he works for our best interests and have confidence in his knowledge and experience. He has been there for every question, concern, worry, etc. we have and always has time for us. We have worked with Jack for years, with buying and selling, as well as doing refinancing. I couldn't recommend a better Agent. He is a very personable guy, that builds a relationship with his clients, makes them feel safe, and comfortable. He does his homework and works in the back-round without bothering you with a thousand questions with obvious answers, and also respects your time and your home while showing it. We will continue to use Jack Kirk until he retires.

We have had bad experiences in the past with people who tell us one thing, and just before signing we found that all was changed. This didn’t happen with Jack. Jack Kirk and his wife, Cathy Kirk were wonderful and very attentive to our needs as we searched for our forever home. We had specific needs and challenges in moving up North from Southern California.

Our search for a home, in an unfamiliar area, which can be a challenge in itself, seemed to be much easier. Jack and Cathy's website was a life saver. We were able to look at homes and areas we were interested in.

Being far away and with crazy schedules, they were able to show us homes when we were available. From November to December on weekends only, they drove us around and showed us homes until we decided on the perfect one.

Jack and Cathy helped us find financing and that was seamless and fast.

I am grateful for all their help in getting my forever home.

Jack's service was spectacular! He was with us every step of the way, always letting us know in advance what was going to happen next. He also saved us quite a bit of money with his knowledge of the market, and also the psychology and motivations of others.

I can't imagine going through this process again without Jack. He was really indispensable. He is also very easy to talk to, very friendly, and knows lots of tips and tricks (all legitimate, of course!) that saved us both time and money.

Even though I know he was very busy with other customers, I never felt that he was not giving me 100% of his time and attention. He is really on top of his game, and I highly recommend him and his services!

Jack was amazing. He helped us get our house ready to sell by loading trucks, leaving his own refuse trailer at our house for us to use and even dumping it for us. He knows great workers to help with the things we couldn't do like re-landscaping our front at back yards at a very reasonable price. Our buyer had a very unreasonable and difficult agent and Jack maneuvered us thru this like a pro. He is a very nice and friendly man, he will get the job done and take very good care of you. I highly recommend him.

Jack and company did a great job, stepping us through the initial setup of our home for sale. He made suggestions as to things to improve to make our home more salable. He kept us appraised every step of the way in the sale of our property from the establishment of a selling price, set up for show and open house and when a buyer was developed, what additional efforts might be needed to secure the deal. When issues developed with the property after we had moved out, Jack went above and beyond in insuring that the property was staged properly and any issues were resolved. I would recommend Jack Kirk Sr., for any future sales.

Jack is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his clients. My client needed to sell his property while in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. These transactions are always a bit more complicated and can take more time to complete due to the necessity of getting court approval. Jack stayed in constant communication with me and helped our mutual client in ways no ordinary real estate broker would even think to do. We can't say enough about Jack Sr. He is professional, personable and is a walking encyclopedia of so much knowledge, which was extremely helpful to us. He took a lot of his time and went out of his way to go over each and every aspect so that we were able to understand. He also was available for us anytime, with answers to all our questions. Jack is an amazing, fantastic, mind-shatteringly great realtor. I was referred to him by a friend who told me that I absolutely HAD to work with him, as my friend had worked with him in the past and thought Jack was the best. He was right.

Jack literally took care of everything. Every step of the way he had our backs, making sure we got exactly the place we wanted, in the condition we wanted, at the price we wanted. When I told him I didn't want to sell our current house, but rather turn it into a rental, he made that happen, from filing all the paperwork, to helping us secure the necessary loans, to even finding and vetting our tenants!

He actually took to apologizing for calling us during those evenings and weekends when there was work still to be done. Well...it was work being done on our behalf and he was the one doing it, and doing it well!

My wife and I love Jack and won't recommend or use any other realtor or property manager, as long as he's available.

I'm looking forward to inviting Jack to our housewarming party, as he and his wife have transcended a great working relationship and are now considered friends.
