I cannot sing Samantha’s praises enough. She truly went above and beyond to help us find our new home. Her level of experience and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process, as she walked us through the steps and stayed on top of all of the moving parts. We were selling our house in the process, which was very stressful, but she did a tremendous job ushering us through it all. She followed up with our lender, our escrow team, the sellers, and the realtor + lender for our buyers, and that escrow team as well.

We always felt at ease with Samantha, as she stayed in constant communication and always answered our calls and explained everything clearly so we could understand.

There’s something to be said about having confidence in a person who will be deeply involved in such an important financial transaction and life change. It really does make a difference who you choose to help you buy or sell your home, and we never want to work with anyone else in our future transactions.

How great is Samantha Storelli? Five stars barely does her justice. She was an advocate for us every step of the way and the service didn't even stop after the deal was done. In our experience with realtors, that is almost unheard of. Normally, once contracts are signed, most agents move on to the next sale. Not Samantha. She assisted us with movers, took notes on our walk-throughs and went above and beyond when she showed up on move-in day with a basket of cleaning and maintenance products the builder recommended to us.

Here's one specific, but very valuable example of how she helped us. We were purchasing a new home, and although some people might tell you having a realtor isn't necessary for this type of purchase. In our case, we were going to be out of town when the builder scheduled our initial construction walk-through. Samantha went on the tour for us and FaceTimed with us so we could be there long-distance and ask questions during the walk-through.

We had a couple of other realtors on the sales end of our previous home and it was all business, but with Samantha, we made a friend for life. We don't plan on being in the housing market any time soon but if we are (and we're anywhere near Samantha's turf, this one's a no-brainer. She's simply the best.

Samantha makes buying a home an extremely positive experience. She explains what is difficult for you to understand and uses humor to keep it on a positive level. Buying a home has its ups and down but working with her was always a fun experience. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home. Samantha is the best! This lady is extremely proactive, anytime we asked a question or wanted something done during the home purchase process, she was on it immediately. She has cultivated many resources, so if you need a mortgage broker, a plumber, an electrician, or simply a handyman she had a contact and she had them on site within an hour!
Samantha has a great sense of humor and knows how to work with people very effectively. She's fun, and can really tell a story! She most definitely does get the job done right. We recommend her very highly.

I’ve been a RE Agent for 30 years, now retired, and thru a recommendation, I hired Samantha to sell one of our rental properties in Salinas. All I can say is, WOW! It was a difficult Escrow, but she handled it both professionally and intelligently. It’s now sold and I’m Very Happy I chose Samantha. Samantha is the most professional real estate agent I have ever known. For a series of reasons, it was a difficult sale. Every monkey wrench thrown her way she handled expertly, knowledgeably and calmly. She went way above and beyond. And I never felt any pressure from her to just settle in order to complete just any sale. What a cheery, delightful person. I would use her again in a flash.

Samantha was amazing! She was extremely professional and responsive, she has a true understanding of Monterey Bay Area properties, she gave us access to online tools to speed the listing review and selection process, and advice and guidance to fine-tune our buying experience. She provided three lenders for us to consider, and the one we chose was equally professional and responsive. She worked closely with listing agents, tailoring each offer to maximize desirability.

We decided to remodel our home prior to move-in and Samantha's knowledge of vendors, service providers, and personal remodeling experience were invaluable. She gave freely of her time to view properties, meet with contractors, and always offered her assistance whenever a service provider needed access to the property.
