Bing’s approach to real estate transactions are grounded in the client relationship. Whether personal or rental property, her first priority is to understand her client’s goal, desires and needs. She is passionate about the internet presence and dedicates resources to insure that this most important aspect of advertising and interactive communication is integrated with all of her marketing.
She has helped clients buy and sell properties for the last 20+ years and she understands the diverse situations that may arise during the listing, buying or escrow processes. Ninety-nine percent of her clients return to Bing for assistance in subsequent purchases and sales or referral from families and friends. Her clients repeatedly say she is very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond their expectations .
Bing is affiliated with the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the San Mateo County Association of Realtors. She has achieved several sales milestones, awards and recognition in the 20+ years she has been in the Real Estate Industry.
In addition to her full time involvement with her profession as a Real Estate Broker, her busy schedule includes attending to her family’s needs. She has been married to her husband Gordon for 22 years and has two children, Mark and Sabrina and her pet poodle Macy. She finds time playing competitive tennis and is a member of USTA and Millbrae Tennis Club.
