Angie made it possible for us to buy our first home in a very competitive market. Her knowledge about the Bay Area real estate market, experience, & persistence allowed us to attain our dream of owning a home. No matter what the time, Angie always made herself available to answer questions; and was very good at checking in with us. Once we discussed our budget and interests, Angie always found houses for us to look at and if we were interested, Angie got us a viewing appointment immediately.
Inevitably, in this crazy Bay Area market, we came across some obstacles such as being outbid on houses that we put offers on (by a lot of money!), shady listing agents, and having a not-so-friendly mortgage lender, but throughout the whole process, Angie maintained a reassuring, positive attitude. We are first time home buyers and naturally had a lot of questions regarding the buying process. Angie was very patient in explaining all the pros and cons in every real estate decision. In the current bay area market which it is still a strong seller's market, these advices are very valuable for buyers and can sometimes be the difference in winning the dream home you want.

Angie is also very detail oriented and only showed us homes that catered to our needs. She makes her schedule very flexible and attended many open houses with us during our free time. This allowed us to ask her questions at the open house which are sometimes hard to describe over the phone/email.

Angie was very responsive to our calls emails, and text messages all the time. She was very professional and always had a positive attitude even when we lost bidding on some really good houses. She didn't push us to bid higher than we are comfortable with for the sake of quickly closing a deal. Her comparable market analysis are very detailed and are fairly accurate in retrospect. We are thankful that she helped us stay patient during our house hunt and eventually close on our dream home that satisfied all our needs.

Angie is very diligent and truly care about her clients throughout the whole home buying process. Even after our offer was accepted, she still helped us answer many questions during our mortgage application process to the close of escrow. In our case, we had some unexpected conditions that the our mortgage underwriter informed us very late in the process. The delay required us to close outside of original close of escrow date. Angie was there to constantly keep tabs on the mortgage broker for us as well as doing a very good job in negotiating a extension with seller's agent to allow us to still close on the house eventually.
