During my full-time employment with a biotech company, and as a part-time licensed real estate agent, I cannot focus on my real estate business, so I have to find someone whom I can trust and won’t be ashamed to refer to my clients, friends and relatives. Back in 2013, when market was still hard for homesellers and homebuyers alike, Melody helped me with the closing sale of a friend's house, which was on the verge of a trustee sale. She advised my friend to do a short sale instead of going into a foreclosure. This was an awesome advice especially when it affects credit report! She made sure that the seller had a place to move into despite the scarcity of rentals and high rents at that time. She was also able to negotiate with the bank the sellers’ moving costs. That was a very tense but rewarding deal!
