I give Dexter the highest possible recommendation, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty this past year to sell five properties for my family after my mom's passing.  Dexter handled everything from start to finish given that I was out of state. Properties ranged in age from 40 to 100+ years old.  He worked with the existing tenants to terminate leases, or in the case of one investment property, to assuage fears related to getting a new landlord.  Most of the properties required updating, which he also managed from start to finish ensuring excellent work (sent before and after pictures), and even better pricing.  His communication was spot on, providing routine updates throughout the process for each property and in the manner that most suited me (email and texts).  Despite selling most of the properties after interest rates began their climb, we are extremely happy with the prices that the properties sold for, and especially grateful that he was able to ensure closure of the last one by the end of the year.  It was a great pleasure to work with Dexter, he has tremendous integrity and I am forever grateful to him, as is my family, for his expertise, work ethic and dedication.  I would recommend Dexter to everyone!

Dexter Lat was recommended to me by a friend from Santa Clara University who knew people in the Fremont community. It was a difficult time for my family as we were selling a rental property that my parents owned for over 40 years. Dexter coordinated all the remodeling of the duplex as well as a new roof. Dexter is an amazing agent. We had to sell our mom’s place and since we live across the country, Dexter was extremely hands-on in updating items in the condo, managing the contractors, and visiting our mom in her new place to sign all the paperwork. He has a great sense of the market and felt he priced it perfectly within a constantly changing market.

Dexter was incredible for my family. Had to sell my parents house in Newark after my father passed away and relocate my mother to Oregon where I live. Dexter handled it from start to finish. The house needed some major work since it hadn’t really been updated since my parents purchased it in 1975. Dexter and his team remodeled and cleaned up the house completely in a few short months. After all of that was completed, our house went on the market and sold for a record price. Our family is forever grateful.

I recently decided to sell my house in Warm Springs. I interviewed three Real Estate Agents and their service contracts. I hired a Real Estate Attorney to review their service contracts and to identify the important characteristics of a quick and successful home sale.

Dexter was my selection and the differences were very identifiable and quantifiable. Dexter's sales plan was detailed and comprehensive. Some of my friends have mentioned that they will use Dexter when it comes time to sell their homes.

I meet Dexter eleven years ago when I was looking for the opportunity to buy a studio condo. Dexter took me under his wing. He was very dedicated, ensuring I purchase the best home for me. After a year of searching, Dexter helped me buy a three-bedroom townhouse in Livermore. I made so many wonderful memories these past years, I could've not done without Dexter patience and expertise in the real estate market.

I was in a tight spot. I was at the verge of foreclosure creditors calling every day and car repossessed. I was very depressed. My handy man gave me Dexter's phone number and said he was good at this sort of thing. I called him, he immediately came up with a plan and a schedule. I felt much better , I had a goal and a plan to get there. Following his plan I was able to get my place in shape for showing. Dexter had a showing and sold the property that week for $60K over asking. Even after the sale he kept tabs on me to ensure all was going good. I highly recommend him and his agency.

When we decided to put our house up for sale, Dexter had been assisting us every step of the way even way after the house had been sold. Since the start, he explained to us clearly the process and what to expect in each step so that there won't be any surprises. Even though our house is not the biggest in the neighborhood he managed to sell the house at the highest price ever. Each time we have any questions or concerns he always addressed it promptly even at one time when he was out of the country continuing to give us updates via texts yet being respectful of the time zone differences. His demonstrated expertise in his profession, meticulous attention to detail, willingness to work hard for his client

Dexter represents the standard all agents should set for themselves. He is highly skilled, thoughtful, resourceful, and I could just keep going on. My husband and I had a saying that we came up with during our time working with Dexter "in Dexter we trust".
