My husband, baby Jax, and I were truly blessed to have met Thomas. From day one, he has been attentive, available, responsive, accomodating, and always went above and beyond all of our expectations.
We initially started our home search back in June 2014 and he took us on numerous open houses. He was always available to take us even on a nights before notice. Our down payment plans had fallen through so we had to put our home search on hold. Fast forward to September, we got the down payment in place, and the search was back on. During the few months we stopped looking, he would check in with us and would always ask if we had any questions and to reach out to him if needed.
Our loan wasn't the easiest, and my husband and I were on edge like any home buyer. Thomas would always give us the reassurance we needed. Besides that, he's honest, straight to the point, and would give us realistic expectations and next steps.
He has truly been our knight in shining armor. Joe and I trusted him fully. I wasn't a bit worried when I wasn't able to be present during the inspection and appraisal. I wholeheartedly had faith in him that he had our best interest at heart. He was there every step of the way.
When I found out my best friend of 16 years was looking to buy a house in the East Bay as well, I recommended him to Thomas; and of course, my best friend is also now a home owner, all thanks to Thomas.
I would and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Thomas is the best there is. You'd be stupid not to. Oh, and my son loves him, too! We can't wait to get settled in, and he's one of the first that will be invited. Through it all, he has become a family friend, and we are forever thankful and grateful for all he's done for us. Seriously, "above and beyond" is the best way to describe him as a person and his work ethic.
