I was so lucky to be supported by Steve. He was so responsive and proactive, and his suggestion was right. Because of his right suggestion, I could successfully finished everything from the first contact to closing within 2 weeks.

I live in VA and bought a home in CA. Without Stephen Chin I would probably still be making trips back and forth to CA. Steve’s expertise and attention to detail with the requirements I set forth for him were above reproach! Steve called me on a Saturday about my home, we made an offer and within 48 hours I was on a plane to California purchasing my house that same week. I do not recommend services or people very well due to the fact that one’s experience may not live up to the standards of another’s, but in this case I absolutely recommend Stephen Chin for the purchasing as well as buying of any home in the state of California. As first time buyers we were quite nervous about finding the right realtor. We met Steve by chance at an open house that he was hosting, and after a while patiently answering our beginner's questions, we knew we'd found our guy. Steve has been an immense help throughout our buying process - taking time to listen to our likes and dislikes and counselling us on how much house we could expect to get with our budget. When looking at houses he would provide great notes - pointing out both good and bad features, and advising us on what it would take to fix the bad. Finally, his ability to build relationships with other agents helped get our offer approved. Overall we feel we were in good hands with Steve, and thoroughly recommend him.
