Kyle Wyloge is the owner of Momentum Brokers, which was established in 2010. His responsibilities range from project underwriting, project development, fund management and oversight of the growth and stability of the companies. As a fourth generation Arizona native, his focus has shifted towards revitalization and redevelopment of the city he grew up in. He accomplishes this through residential, multi-family and commercial development.
Kyle’s eight year career in real estate has included investing in excess of $60,000,000 in real estate along with managing his residential team, being a part of over 1,100 real estate transactions.
His personal hobbies include spending time with his kids, reading, working out, Jiu Jitsu and snowboarding.
