Keith was fantastic to work with and made the purchase of my first home as simple as it could be. He let me know exactly what I needed before meeting with him, and he kept me informed of every step of mortgage approval process leading up to closing. He was proactive and watched the mortgage rates, while I was pending approval from underwriting. He locked my mortgage rate in for me once he saw they were going to increase. I almost went with a big bank for a mortgage lender before a friend recommended Keith. I'm very glad I didn't because I don't think everything leading up to closing would have went as smooth as it did. Keith has done an outstanding job for us. We have our primary home and 2 rental properties. Keith was instumental in the process of selling one of our rental homes.
