Andrew Ehrnstein was my initial point of contact with Solar City and came to our home at our convenience to present and explain the benefits, advantages and cost of installing solar generated power for our house. Andrew was patient and professional, and when I asked him to re-review the cost and the various financing options, he was patient and consistent. He also did an excellent job of staying in touch with me via phone and e-mail as to where the process stood in terms of the site survey, his crew installing the system, and in terms of the next steps as we waited for Excel Energy to approve as well. I appreciated Andrew staying in touch with us and keeping us informed along the way, because from his initial presentation and our decision to move forward with solar to the ultimate final step of activating the installed system, did take 3 months, so his follow-up was helpful. Over a 3 month time, sometimes you forget all the necessary steps. I know that Andrew will be just as responsive if I have a question in the future.

I am an engineer and I was very impressed with Andrew's depth of knowledge regarding solar panels. I had a large number of technical questions during the process and he addressed every one with ease. Not only is Andrew a pleasure to work with, he loves what he does for the environment and it shows in everything he does. Solar City also had by far the best warranty of any solar panel company that we spoke with (which is very important with all the random hailstorms we get in Colorado) and I couldn't be more pleased with the process, mostly because of Andrew's continued involvement throughout. I had an issue with Excel and sent Andrew one email, and before I knew it everything was solved.

Andrew didn't pressure us into a sale, which many other solar company representatives tried, instead he offered us options and presented the benefits. He walked us through every step of the process instead of disappearing after the sale was made. He always was happy to answer any follow up questions (he even responded on weekends!). Andrew presented Solar City's options at a seminar at my work. He explained the history of the company, the benefits of going solar, and he answered a lot of questions. Once I decided to pursue solar energy at my residence, Andrew walked me through what to expect, discussed timelines, and continued to answer my questions. One day last Feb. I opened my door to find a flyer hanging on the knob. I opened it and it was all about solar, how it could save me money on my excel bill and wouldn't cost me anything to install. Ya right, I thought you don't get something for nothing. Arousing my curiosity I called Andrew and make an appointment . I believe he came the next day..
He introduced himself and before he could go any further I stopped him and asked him about not costing me anything. I didn't have money to invest right now and didn't want to waste his time or mine if that wasn't true. He was so patient with me, explained everything to me and the best of all was that all I had to do was sit back and wait, that SolarCity would do everything. Sure enough a little over 3 months my solar is up and running. I would highly recommend Andrew, he's my kind of sales person, never pushy
