I learned of Angela through a mutual friend whose recommendations I fully trust. Upon meeting her, I could tell she was professional and thorough. She took time to craft a presentation about the services she offers and the process through which she determined the suggested sales price for my home. The detail she provided in the presentation was so far above another listing agent I was considering, that it was an easy decision to sign with Angela.

The entire process of getting the house ready for sale was straight forward. She told me exactly what she thought needed to be done, how to go about it, and the timing of getting the house on the market. She was mindful of the cost of things and gave me all the information so that I could make an informed decision. It was apparent to be right away that she knew exactly what she was doing and going with her suggestion was always the right decision. The resources (eg., staging, carpet cleaner, handy man) she recommended were professional and timely.

The sales process hit a snag with a first buyer, and Angela gave me options about how to proceed. Long story short, she remained calm and continued to provide full information about my options. The right buyer came along shortly after the house was put back on the market, and the snag with the first buyer ended up being a blessing (in retrospect). The closing sailed through.

The only downside of my experience with Angela is that I met her just as I was moving out of state. She is exceptional and I recommend her highly.

Angela is an amazing realtor. From the first day we spoke to her on the phone through to our closing, she was an excellent communicator, negotiator, and partner in the home buying process. Angela is incredibly knowledgable about real estate, and she helped us navigate a multiple offer situation that ended with our offer being accepted. We are thrilled with our home and truly cannot imagine a better home buying experience. We would recommend Angela to any of our friends and family and we will work with her again the next time we need to sell or purchase a home.

This is the second time Angela has worked with us. She helped us buy our current home and most recently she helped us sell a rental property. My son and I decided to make an extraordinary life change and goal to move to another state this year. However, selling a house can be very stressful and overwhelming. That is why we enlisted Angela Hacker’s expertise in real estate to assist us in the sale of our house. Angela jumped right in and was determined to help us accomplish our goal and made this process as painless and stressless as possible for us. Angela’s hard work was evident due to the number of showings and offers we had. She demonstrates high integrity and is very honest and steadfast, always keeping our best interest’s priority #1. One of the many qualities I appreciated about Angela is her no-nonsense work style. She is very honest and will be truthful no matter what. Angela is the BEST. This is the 2nd time she has helped us sell and buy a home and honestly I don't think we could have gone through the last month without her. She made the selling/buying process so easy for us, which was such a blessing, given we had a lot of unforeseen personal matters to attend to that came up right after going under contract. She made the real estate portion of our lives the least stressful thing we were going through.

Angela made selling a house remotely (we live clear across the country) completely seamless and stress free. She is excellent at communicating - we were very well informed by Angela about the Denver real estate market and were given sound advice on pricing and what to expect when the house went on the market. Due to her expertise we closed at a price almost 10% higher than the asking price.

Her attention to detail was superb - not only did she assess what our house needed in terms of repairs and aesthetics to prepare for sale, she used her vast network of contacts to schedule contractors to perform all the work and was very attentive to making sure the work was done for us at a fair price.

From picking up and forwarding mail to watering plants - she truly tended to the house as if it were her own. We could not be more pleased with nor could we recommend an agent higher than Angela!!

I worked with Angela both on the buying side of my house in 2011 and then again on the selling side in 2020 when I sadly left a wonderful home in Colorado. She was exceptional in every way both as my buyer agent, and then especially on the selling side. Her attention to detail, availability to assist with every aspect of the sale was truly extraordinary. I used to think that realtor commissions were excessive... no longer.
