MY BACKGROUND:
Coming from a small town in the Midwest, I know the value of a good reputation, the benefit of extensive knowledge in an industry, and building your business with integrity.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Luther College in Decorah Iowa with a double major in Economics and Business/Finance before starting my mortgage career with Wells Fargo. After close to 15 years in a “Big Bank” environment, in 2012 I made the switch to a local lender and now opened my own shop which allows me to provide a competitive, consistent, higher level of customer service with a more personal touch.

Rhonda did an amazing job from start to finish. We were first time home buyers and she went through the entire process with us to make us comfortable and understanding of what to expect throughout. She would respond almost immediately to answer any questions and/or concerns. Extremely hard working, professional and efficient. Not to mention her access to some of the top lenders helps ensure she is able to get some of the lowest interest rates when we shopped around. She went above and beyond for us, treating us as though we were her only clients. Highly recommend!

The service we got from Rhonda was absolutely awesome! The number one item I always rate any interface with people in general is, how fast they respond or get back to you, I can tell you all that Rhonda's response is immediate and if she doesn't have the answer she will find it out. Rhonda was the best person we worked with in the process of buying our new home! If you have a question, she has an answer. If you have a problem, she has a solution. We had a wonderful experience with Rhonda Lawrence and the team at Colorado Professionals Mortgage. She guided us through every step of the process, providing instructions and answering questions. Rhonda was kind, professional, and got us to our house closing on schedule. We felt comfortable with the entire process and would recommend Rhonda and CPR to friends!
We appreciated the online system that allowed us to provide documents and signatures from a remote location at times that were convenient to our schedules.

Rhonda met the Buyer's after hours, for their first visit. She was available for their many, many questions and changes. For this Buyer, having Rhonda come to the close, was very helpful! They had lots of questions (and it was a LONG closing)! So, just knowing which clients will need more attention, and actually giving them that attention, in this case, at night, and on weekends if necessary (minutes before the Super Bowl), was very helpful -- and above and beyond. Luckily it's not always necessary -- but it was for this purchase!

This was an unusual transaction...we had some hiccups, but Rhonda stayed on top of things, was always available, cleared everything up and made sure everything was okay.

Rhonda was awesome. She made sure I filled out the paperwork correctly, even catching one box I didn't check, that the title office missed. And my funding took about an hour and a half longer than expected to come through from the buyer of my old house, and Rhonda was very patient, staying there the whole time and helping to explain what was happening.

On a personal note, Rhonda has a lovely and calm personality. She was a joy to work with. I felt I was working with a friend (not a consultant) to get my loan closed.
