The entire Paul May Team was very easy to work with, answered all my questions, and contacted people for me when I needed repairs. Paul and Jennifer even stopped by the day before the closing to see if everything was going fine. That is service! Communication was excellent. Please stop wasting your valuable time and resources!!! We are in a pandemic that nobody has predicted., But, I predict that The Paul May Team will take care of you! Whether you are buying, selling or just looking for your next home, Paul is the MAN! Just give him a call. When you do, you will find the best Agent in Las Vegas! BTW. I would like to gather with all Paul's clients (after the pandemic) and have a real meet and greet with all of you. Did I mention that He will personally take care of you without a buyer representative? He was awesome!!! He took care of everything.. As I was A buyer of out of state in this pandemic it really took a toll upon me. Paul made it so easy. He went to the property, did a measurement of landscape needed and did a virtual tour of the home personally. Not just inside, but out. If you go with another real estate company...Good luck.. Like my father always said, "You get what you pay for." But, Paul doesn't charge extra for his diligence and knowledge.. But, if he did, it would still be worth it. I am a combat disabled veteran and Did not mention That to Paul.. This being said... He will look out for your interests regardless of your affiliation. Paul has my vote for running Nevada as the top realtor that does not smoke screen with special incentives. He will make all parties happy with the transition. He is a exceptional individual and one heck of a good guy, Please call him after you've had it with others that say they are the best. LOL... If there is anything I have learned during my lifetime, is that the internet was invented by Al Gore and can be very biased. Lol. That is why I am giving this recommendation for everyone to consider. I have built more than 6 homes and purchased/sold more than 12. I think I am old enough to know what is what. And I trust Paul May representing myself and family with with both buying and selling real estate. I've purchased a home in Las Vegas from one of many of Paul's listings. I believe that if I had a buyers representative, I would have had numerous questions and problems with the closing due to out of state purchase. Paul will do all diligence to ensure all parties are satisfied with all aspects of the purchase and/or sale of your home. Paul is an awesome realtor and has answered and navigated through all my questions, concerns and requests. I have dealt with many realtors within many states. But, Paul stands out from the crowd and goes the extra 1,000 miles to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Take my word. Going with another broker for listing or purchase in Las Vegas can cause you much valuable time and resources. Paul's attributes, excellence and professionalism will have you saying "SOLD" in no time. Do yourself a favor and put Paul on your team. He gets my vote. And I will stand by Paul May until he is voted best in Las Vegas.
