Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
I want to relay that my wife and I had a wonderful experience working with SolarBrokers USA to get our system installed and online. Form start to finish, our project lead and sales rep, Pete Barnes provided knowledgeable, responsive, and quality service. It was the right combination of understanding the engineering/technical aspects, the financial/economics, and then just good old fashioned project management-A rare combination. When we had questions, he answered them. When we had doubts or second thoughts, he gently addressed our concerns that gave us peace of mind. All of these things transmitted a sense of care and concern that is the way a company should operate. With regard to the install team, the electricians, the team leads, the panel installers and crew were also top notch. They took care of our house and treated it with they same care they might give to there on home. Really took the time to make sure things looked right in addition to working right. At the end, they explained everything to us and the next steps in the process which was quickly followed up by a call from our project lead Pete Barnes. Appreciate all of your help during the install process. Looking forward to years of savings.

Pete was great helping us setup a solar system. We have a detached garage that worked well as a southern exposure and the system covers 100% of our annual electric use for the entire property. Pete was very easy to work with.

Very smooth process from start to end with clear, accurate and professional information, no rushed sales pressure and in-depth communication throughout the process. Detailed system sizing and energy generation estimates. Responsive installers who made sure to create a very clean and unobtrusive install that does not detract from house features. Did a nice job with the critter guard all around (included in price). Equipment appears top notch, Enphase monitoring software works quite well, much better than the Generac system I had on a prior home. Getting utility company to let us operate took a few weeks longer than expected but still smooth overall with consistent communication from SolarBrokers USA. Would highly recommend to others!

We worked closely with Pete Barnes from SolarBrokers USA. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Solar and it's nuances. It is a lot of engineering and design that goes in to estimate the right solution for your home and he took his time to explain everything as well as work with us within the parameters we had for aesthetics and expected yield. The installed system is delivering that and some more of what he designed the system for. Past the installation he hand held us through a myriad of forms and applications to get the desired solar credits, county tax breaks and federal subsidies. Him and the whole staff at energy Solar works including installers and administrative staff was just amazing to work with. Not to mention the extended warranties and guaranties the company offers - provide us the needed confidence in the investment we have made.

Worth the wait!
I talked to at least five different companies as part of installing solar. Everyone I talked to wanted to sell me different systems and made conflicting claims, ranging from an 8kW system covering 120% of my power needs to needing a 15kW system to cover 95%. Pete Barnes was incredibly patient with me and helped me understand how he came to his numbers. His numbers have been right on, and some of the other quotes would have been off by more than 40%! Once I was able to figure out what I really needed, SolarBrokers USA had very competitive pricing - and was the only company that set out an honest timeline. Several claimed I'd be generating power within a month, but that is impossible with my utility. The actual install was done in under two days. The crew did excellent and neat work, especially the electrician. I would highly recommend them. Generation started after the peak season, but it took until December before my daily use was higher than my daily generation. I'm very happy! I had an inverter die and it was replaced quickly.
