Mike Shaw was my real estate agent for both a home purchase and a sale. I've worked with many real estate agents over the years, and Mike is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable and professional agents with whom I've ever worked.
When buying, Mike is very thorough in getting to know all he can about a property, the neighborhood, comparable sales, building codes, HOA restrictions, and other complexities that are beyond us average home buyers. We had some potential "deal killer" complications come up during my home purchase, and Mike was able to navigate those issues with total command of the situation. He kept us moving forward on the transaction, and on time, and neither side felt the full stress of the process.
When I sold my home, I had already moved to another city for work. In my absence, Mike went to tremendous effort to make sure that my house was in the best possible shape before putting it on the market.
