I am a widow and the thought of selling my home by myself was frightening. Well with John's knowledge and patience with me the home did sell over the asking price.
As I said, I knew nothing or people to contact foe upgrades to the house. John helped me with that and also I finally was able to contact some companies myself for estimates. I actually hired the people John recommended. Their estimates were best and their work turned out beautiful.
John also has a great sense of humor that helped keep me entertained and he got me to relax and enjoy life during what could be a very hectic time, but because of John, I have a good memory of what I feel could have been not so good if John Kenny had not been my realtor. Thanks John for a SUPER experience.

When the time came to sell our late parents home, we could not have chosen a better man for the job than John Kenny. From beginning till end, John oversaw every aspect of renovating the house and negotiating what we considered a perfect sale. Our faith in John was rewarded every step of the way with his extensive real estate background, knowledge of the area, and ability to point out worthwhile improvements which transformed the house into a showcase. John has the finest contractor connections: painting, landscaping, hardwood flooring, cleaning and staging. Top quality work for very reasonable prices; we could not have been happier with his recommendations. . John was incredibly responsive to every question and concern family members had. You would have thought that we were his only clients by the attention and care he devoted to us. John Kenny deserves more than the five stars allotted for his professional expertise and endearing personality. He is the best!

Mr. Kenny was extremely helpful and generous with his time. I called from out of state to many different offices. Most didn't even return my call but John Kenny gave me his direct phone number with a reasonable time frame to accomplish my request. He followed up with me to keep me in the loop and he was extremely professional. All qualities that I'd look for in a realtor. He earned these 5 stars. I'd give him more if there was a higher rating.

Five stars are not enough to rate John's superlative job in helping us to prepare and sell our late parents' home in San Mateo. With knowledge, judicious advice and steadfast support, he guided us through what presented itself as a daunting undertaking. I remember feeling defeated when facing the prospect of emptying the family house of a long lifetime of stuff before any upgrade needs could be assessed, much less undertaken - and this during a time of pandemic. Another challenge was due to my living several time zones away, so a lot had to be organized remotely. John's optimism, can-do attitude, resourcefulness, willingness to get his hands dirty and "go the extra mile", as well as his natural good nature and cheerful disposition were just what was needed. He appears to derive pleasure from his work and that is infectious. The house was transformed and ended up selling fast and for more than I had dared hope, but John's estimate was spot on.

His best quality is that he is genuine and honest. When asked for his real advice, he gives it. When we needed him to go to bat for us, he represented us strongly. He's been in the real estate industry for 25+ years and his experience and reputation is clearly visible through his large network.

If for any reason we need to purchase another home or sell my current one, we will use John Kenny again.
