Five stars are not enough to rate John's superlative job in helping us to prepare and sell our late parents' home in San Mateo. With knowledge, judicious advice and steadfast support, he guided us through what presented itself as a daunting undertaking. I remember feeling defeated when facing the prospect of emptying the family house of a long lifetime of stuff before any upgrade needs could be assessed, much less undertaken - and this during a time of pandemic. Another challenge was due to my living several time zones away, so a lot had to be organized remotely. John's optimism, can-do attitude, resourcefulness, willingness to get his hands dirty and "go the extra mile", as well as his natural good nature and cheerful disposition were just what was needed. He appears to derive pleasure from his work and that is infectious. The house was transformed and ended up selling fast and for more than I had dared hope, but John's estimate was spot on.

If it is too much for an email, he will willingly have a good phone conversation instead.
