Yvonne Toracca is a 3rd generation Italian-American, 1st generation Portuguese and proud San Francisco native. She and her husband are residential property owners, landlords and developers who began investing in real estate over 25 years ago. They currently live in the Marina District.
Real estate is indeed her passion. A keen eye for color and design led Yvonne toward bigger projects, including the development, refurbishment and sales of numerous residential properties throughout our beautiful City.
Yvonne received a BS in Broadcasting & Communication Arts at San Francisco State University and her AS in Hospitality Management at City College of San Francisco. Naturally, she is a great communicator and a true "people person".

We had a tight budget and lot of requirements, but Yvonne was always extremely patient, trustworthy, professional, and encouraging throughout the process. As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and she took her time answering each and every one. She brought us to almost 20 homes until we found the perfect one.
