Angela has extensive knowledge accumulated through working for National banks, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, California Bank and Trust and Zions Bank in the last 20 years. In addition, she was employed with Redfin for 2 years, advising clients on procedures and answering questions for buyers on what to expect working with the company and general processes. Experience stems from credit analysis, portfolio management, origination, asset management, underwriting commercial real estate and going paperless. Angela has experience in working with appraisers, lawyers, HUD, Rent Board and Banks to allow direction to solve problems, which arise from real estate ownership.
