Kristin has been far more than amazing. I am a realtor in Florida and know a little bit about this business, however, Kristin has proven to me exactly how great a realtor can be.
I started looking for a condo in Steamboat Springs since last ski season a year ago. She has kept in communication with me, calling me to understand what I wanted, sending me information, suggestions, etc. In december of last year, I went to Steamboat to look at condos for a week. During that time she showed me countless properties, she was very prepared, very knowledgeable, patient and understanding, she continuously adapted to my changes and was efficient in every way.
