Ed has earned degrees in Psychology and Sociology and has been helping clients going on three decades. When he’s not thinking of new ways to help people, Ed and his wife Jeanie like to get away to Colorado’s beautiful mountains in their VW Westfalia camper van.

Ed Hardey has been without a doubt the best realtor we have ever worked with. He started working with our parents 30 years ago when they bought their first home and has been their friend and realtor ever since. Ed exemplifies what a true professional should be. He has partnered with our parents for over 30 years - providing friendship and sound advice. My sister and I came to know Ed during the process of selling our parents’ house and cannot thank Ed enough for all that he has done for us during this difficult period. The degree of support that Ed has provided surpasses anything we could have expected. He has gone out of his way to advise, support, and assist us on so many occasions. We could not have managed the sale without Ed as we both live outside of Colorado. We were able to sell our property quickly and at our target price. We now know why our parents thought so highly of Ed and we are now big fans as well!

Ed has been my realtor for over 30+ years. His son Michael has joined the firm and I can't say enough GREAT things about the two of them. We knew when we decided to sell that Ed Hardey was the person to call. He has been in the real estate business for quite a while and we knew he would take good care of us during the process. Through the ups and downs of the market and with the challenges of selling a home, he was there. He had answers, connections and was available to chat when we had questions.
He and his team (especially Michael) were awesome every step of the way!

Ed and Mike are better then good. They’re great! Moving is never easy. Both Ed and Mike made this transition so smooth. They took care of details we would have struggled with... hence we could focus on packing,etc.
If you want to sell your home, they’re the people to call.

What a pleasure it was to work with Ed and Michael!!
Selling and buying homes can get overwhelming very quickly and Ed helped make the experience as pleasant as it can get.
We had already purchased our new home and thought we had a deal on the house we were selling, the deal fell through (not Ed our our fault) but we were already living out of town and I couldn't even imagine how we were gonna get our house sold without us there. Well NO PROBLEM, Ed did whatever it took to keep the house looking good and ready for new buyers, and low and behold we got the deal and sold that house. WHAT A RELIEF!!!

Ed was very knowledgeable about the housing stock in our neighborhood, Village East in Aurora, and did an excellent job of making the selling of our home low-stress and as easy as possible.

We both greatly appreciated how he and his team "went the extra mile" to mow our grass, make sure the irrigation system was working properly, and to bring in a structural engineer when concerns came-up in the part of a foundation wall ...all at no added cost once we moved into our new home in southern Colorado and our Village East house was still on the market!

We highly recommend Ed and his team when you are buying/selling a home!

Ed and Mike are experienced, trusted realtors who’s plan of action is well thought out and perfectly executed every step of the way. Even when the occasional wrinkle occurred in the transaction, it was handled with integrity and skill. Ed (and Michael) did a really great job selling our home. They completely live up to their agency name (Integrity), and we're extremely happy with the work they did. Our home was priced correctly for the market, the first showing produced an offer, and we closed on schedule.
The buyer / buyer's agent made the sale more difficult than was really necessary, but Ed managed the process and kept things on track with professionalism, courtesy and humor!
We strongly recommend Ed and will use him again should the opportunity arise.

I have know of Ed and Michael for almost 10 years. They would slowly enter my home threw the updated baseball, football, calendars and memo pads they would send out informing me about whats new in Colorado and in my neighborhood as I wrote out my weekly grocery list or my to do list. Not knowing years later I would reach out to them when it was time to grow and seek another home.

Ed and Mike are truly the best team anyone could work with. It doesn’t matter if you are the buyer or seller. The knowledge and the years of experience they have as a team is a plus for anyone. They proved it again to me… They are not there to get the job done. They are there to exceed and out shine the rest. I am completely speechless when I compare them to other teams because I know they stand with the best.

I recently bought my first home with the help of Michael and Ed. I was so lucky to have Michael as my agent; his work ethic and level of professionalism is second to none! Being a first-time buyer, Michael took the extra time to ensure that I had all the information needed to make sound decisions. From start to close, Michael was at my side pointing things out that I wouldn't think to look for in a home, researching perspective homes before we toured them, and assisting me with submitting competitive offers that ultimately gave me the narrow advantage I needed to close on an excellent home in this highly competitive market! Ed was an absolute dream to work with. He helped guide us through each step of selling our condo. He provided tremendous support when we needed it. Ed Hardy was so helpful in letting us know what needed to be done to get our home ready, so that we could get top-dollar for it. Once it was on the market, he worked to help us choose the right offer-his knowledge of the real estate business is top notch! Ed and his son Michael were awesome !
We came from out of the area and they both bent over backwards to accommodate and show us as many properties as they could with the short amount of time we had here. Ed and Michael also did several video call walk throughs on several properties after we went back home. We ended up buying one of those.
Ed and Michael are very knowledgeable of the area's they showed us and were great at anticipating our needs and wants in all the properties that they showed us. They were also great at weeding out the ones they knew we wouldn't like, so we weren't wasting anyone's time.

Ed did a great job helping me sell my parents' home. It was because of his knowledge of the neighborhood, his network that got the word out about the house, and specific recommendations that we were able to sell quickly and get the best price. In the past 12 months my wife and I have sold 2 houses with the expert help of Ed and Michael Hardey. The first house was sold in October of 2020 for my wife Kathy's mother, and earlier this month we closed on the sale of our house that we've lived in for 31 years. We are downsizing into a low maintenance new build which will enable us to spend more time on fun activities. Ed and Michael referred us to a moving and storage company that is ideal for our situation of having to move out of our current house a few months prior to the completion of the new house.

We were very pleased with the results and ease of the first sale, and Ed and Michael exceeded our expectations on the recent sale. This is the third time that we have used Ed and all three times the experience was excellent. Ed is easy to contact and has always been totally honest with us. Our last sale was closing our Colorado home of 22 years while we were in Arizona. Everything when as planned and the house closed as scheduled. Would we use Ed again? Absolutely!

From the moment I called Ed Hardy at Integrity Real Estate Group, He was most helpful assessing my home for sale and assisting me with preliminary planning. After 47 years in the same home, he helped me to find support services that I needed, especially since I was out of state most of the time, such as a handyman, painter, furnace inspector and roofer. He even assisted in the transition from estate sale to home clearance to cleaning prior to listing. I believe the home was appraised accurately and sold quickly without any surprises.
