We began speaking with Ed and Michael Hardey when we were trying to decide if we could find our dream house and property in the Denver Metro area about a year before making the decision to sell our house in Aurora. We received excellent advice to refinance our Aurora house and to put a smaller house on our property in Southern Colorado. When it came time to sell our house in Aurora the next year, we worked with Michael and followed his advice to complete repairs and projects prior to listing. Every seller wants to maximize their sales price, using neighborhood knowledge, data analytics and market trends. This team used all three to support this collective goal. We also appreciated their sage counsel as we negotiated with first time home buyers. They asked questions that helped us think through the possible ramifications of various negotiating positions. Lastly, since we lived out of state during the listing process, we were fortunate to have Michael manage all of the concession repairs. He staged them masterfully so that we could close quickly--within 30 days of listing. We appreciated their individual strengths and assets that they brought to the home selling process, and recommend their services.

Michael and Ed Hardey were the perfect realtors for us. I had some concerns about the real estate market cooling off in our area and was thinking we might have to drop the asking price quite a bit. They helped us with setting an asking price and with dropping the price somewhat at the appropriate times but we still ended up with a purchase price that was higher than I had envisioned. There were some issues with things needing repair related to the inspection, and Michael and Ed helped us out with getting those things done. We had actually left Colorado and moved to Oregon already and Michael and Ed arranged for repairs to be done while we were out of state. Michael and Ed are very knowledgeable and made the selling process super easy for us. There wasn't much we had to do. The process was easy and I'm happy with the selling price--what's not to like about that. I would recommend Michael and Ed to my friends.

We had already purchased our new home and thought we had a deal on the house we were selling, the deal fell through (not Ed our our fault) but we were already living out of town and I couldn't even imagine how we were gonna get our house sold without us there. Ed was very knowledgeable about the housing stock in our neighborhood, Village East in Aurora, and did an excellent job of making the selling of our home low-stress and as easy as possible.
We both greatly appreciated how he and his team "went the extra mile" to mow our grass, make sure the irrigation system was working properly, and to bring in a structural engineer when concerns came-up in the part of a foundation wall ...all at no added cost once we moved into our new home in southern Colorado and our Village East house was still on the market!

Ed (and Michael) did a really great job selling our home. They completely live up to their agency name (Integrity), and we're extremely happy with the work they did. Our home was priced correctly for the market, the first showing produced an offer, and we closed on schedule.
The buyer / buyer's agent made the sale more difficult than was really necessary, but Ed managed the process and kept things on track with professionalism, courtesy and humor!
